West Michigan Baseball Tournaments would like to welcome you to the 2025 season. West Michigan Baseball Tournaments understands that there are many choices when it comes to College Exposure based tournaments and it is our goal to provide a better tournament model that will provide the teams top notch venues and the players better exposure to the colleges and college coaches. Why play in an West Michigan Baseball tournament, here are several reasons:

Register with Deposit ($250) Remaining balance due in 2025
Top Quality College and HS Facilities all within a short drive of each other
We do not claim to be the largest or ever want to hold the largest events. Our goal is quality vs quantity.
All tournaments are 3 games guaranteed
Game balls will be provided
Adults $7.00, Seniors (65/over) & Children (12/under) $5.00/daily Gate Fee or $10/$15/$20 Tournament Fee
Concession stand open
Plenty of close parking
All games umpired by college or high school umpires
Medals awarded for 1st place teams
Tourney Machine app provided for all game results and team schedules
Personal relationship with the programs. We understand and are willing to work with the teams that attend our events on schedule issues
New for 2025...Register for a June or July tournament and get a discount for a August tournament. Also we will be adding a 17/18U age bracket.

REFUND POLICY

*Should WMBT cancel an event prior to the event starting, not due to weather, an act of God, or withdrawing of teams then a 100% Refund...

*If WMBT cancels an event prior to event starting due to weather, teams will receive an 90% Refund...

* A started tournament with No games played: 70% Refund, 1 game played: 30% Refund, More than 1 game played: No Refund...

PLEASE NOTE WMBT DOES NOT OWN ANY FACILITY THAT WE USE FOR OUR EVENTS. THE COLLEGES AND HIGH SCHOOLS MAKE THE FINAL SAY ON ALL WEATHER-RELATED SITUATIONS ON USAGE OF FACILITIES. WMBT WILL DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE SOLUTIONS TO THE FACILITIES WE ARE USING, BUT IF THEY TELL US THE FIELD IN UNPLAYABLE WE WILL NOT JEPORDIZE OUR RELASTIONSHIPS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO TEAMS THAT WITHDRAW FROM AN EVENT WITH LESS THAN 60 DAYS NOTICE. IF NEEDING TO WITHDRAW FROM ANY EVENT AND RECEIVE A REFUND, TEAMS MUST NOTIFY WMBT MORE THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED EVENT. All Gate fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled.
